The past two years of civil unrest in Nicaragua hit World Missions Outreach's operations hard. This year we continue seeking God's guidance on how to navigate World Missions Outreach ministries operations through the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
We have had three back-to-back years of no mission teams being able to serve through our programs. Short term mission teams are how our ministry allocates the finances needed to keep our church, schools, and community feeding programs open. Without mission teams, we have no way to support the financial demands and needs of our ministry.
For 19 years we have put all of our heart and soul into World Missions Outreach. We have dedicated our lives to be a lighthouse of hope that is built on the Promises of God for the Kingdom of God. We cling to the truth of Acts 20:24 - "However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me--the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace."
As we are within the third year of truly devastating and challenging times our school, students, teachers, and staff are in jeopardy of having to indefinitely close our ministry doors. This is a decision that none of us want to be forced to make. We are seeking God's grace and guidance for longterm solutions. He has carried us this far and we are not about to give up our life's mission without a fight! We are praying for solutions that will not only help us continue ministering during these uncertain moments in time; but that will help us keep our doors open for generations to come!
Before we have to make this devastating call, we wanted to launch a campaign to prevent us from having to close our doors indefinitely.
We are launching a new campaign
The Assembly of 12
World Missions Outreach is looking for 12 churches, schools, colleges, groups, clubs, non-profits, businesses, grant writers, individuals, etc. to partner alongside our ministry; so that together we can continue sowing into the Kingdom and growing the next generation of Kingdom builders.
We are looking for 12 partners who are willing to sponsor one grade at World Missions Outreach Christian Schools.
One Partner for Each Classroom for our Primary, Middle, and High School.
Partnering with a World Mission Outreach class helps provide our teacher's salaries, keep our chapel doors open, electric bills, meals for all students, core classes, Engish classes, trade skill classes, self-sustainable education, educational school supplies, teaching materials, a healthy learning environment, and teachers insurance
Your partnership helps provide 15,000 meals a day and 5.4 million meals a year.
Classroom sponsorship per grade is $500 per month.
You will receive personalized updates, photos, letters, videos, and heartfelt ways to say thank you from your sponsored classroom.
100% of every donation will go directly to its intended purpose. No one on WMO's administration takes a salary or money from any donations.
This is not just a one time hand out that you will never know its effect.
This is a way that we can truly measure the success of combating childhood hunger and end the generational cycle of poverty through faith, education, and nutrition. We are giving students a chance at a different future. This is how you change the future. Your partnership will help keep World Missions Outreach's ministry alive and allow God's work to continue.
"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it" - John 1:5
We have faith that God will continue to allow World Missions Outreach to be a light that shines through the darkness in Nicaragua right now. Together, we can keep the light shining bright during this time of crisis.
If you would like to sponsor 1 or all 3 of our schools, instead of only one grade; or if you have any questions, please email me at Amanda@wmoc.org
